Settimo: The GoodFood Guide
We are proud to see Settimo, our latest collaboration with chef Guy Grossi, featured in the Sydney Morning Herald. GoodFood Guide, described as Grossi’s “soulful love letter to the Amalfi Coast,” the restaurant brings a vibrant Mediterranean spirit into the heart of Brisbane.
Our design reimagines the Amalfi through earthy textures, terrazzo, terracotta, stone, and a palette of marine blues and lemon yellow, creating a space that feels both relaxed and sophisticated. The layout integrates a central dining room, intimate wine spaces, and a private dining enclave, balancing the energy of a 150-seat venue with moments of intimacy.
