New-Era Warehouses at Williamstown

We are excited to see our work at 5 Ganton Court, Williamstown featured in The Urban Developer. In partnership with Sector Property Group, this project introduces a new generation of warehouses designed for today’s businesses.

Our approach focused on sustainability and adaptability, re-cladding the façade with contrasting tones to give each unit individuality, while incorporating greenery and a bespoke perimeter fence to soften the streetscape. The result is a contemporary industrial aesthetic that balances security, identity, and connection to place.

By integrating new warehouse and office spaces with the existing structure, we minimised the carbon footprint and created a flexible environment suited to post-Covid work-life balance.

Construction is now underway, bringing a significant new employment hub to Melbourne’s inner west.
