Settimo
Settimo transforms the former Eden’s Table into a vibrant dining destination, conceived as Guy Grossi’s “love letter to the Amalfi Coast.”
The design draws inspiration from the Mediterranean, weaving together terrazzo, split-face stone, custom terracotta, ceramic tiles, rattan, and flax linen, accented with blues and lemon yellows that evoke coastal Italy.
Despite site constraints, the 430m² interior is cleverly planned into distinct zones: a main dining room, open bar, wine room, kitchen, and an intimate 18-seat private dining space. Natural light, skylights, and table lighting combine to create a relaxed yet sophisticated atmosphere that adapts from breakfast through to evening dining.
Material authenticity and layered textures enrich the experience, while sustainable principles guided selections and spatial efficiency. Inspired by the effortless elegance of Sophia Loren, Settimo balances refinement with playfulness, offering guests more than a meal; an immersive journey into the charm, generosity, and spirit of the Amalfi Coast.
