Our latest project with chef Guy Grossi, Settimo at The Westin Brisbane, has been profiled in Style Magazine. The article celebrates the restaurant as an immersive Amalfi Coast experience in the heart of Brisbane.
Through a palette of split-face stone, white terrazzo, pastel blues, and warm timbers, our design brings the textures and tones of coastal Italy into a sophisticated 150-seat dining space. The venue includes a bespoke private dining room with expansive views, alongside a vibrant main dining area that captures the relaxed elegance of the Mediterranean.
With Grossi’s menu of playful, produce-driven Italian dishes complementing the interiors, Settimo is a complete sensory journey — where architecture and cuisine come together to transport guests to the Amalfi.
