  • Principal / Director

    After completion of a Bachelor of Architecture at Deakin university Craig Gorman honed his skills in architectural design and development under the tutorship of several reputable Architects; this includes Dowling Hobba Architects, Maddison Architects and Leigh Orange Architects before finally joining Peter Mills & Associates (PMA) at their Sydney office in 1991. In 1996 and after several years at PMA, Craig along with the company director Peter Mills, returned to Melbourne and formed their own partnership, Mills Gorman Architects.


    Since then, Craig has been instrumental in producing numerous projects that exemplify a high standard of design and functionally based planning, which has become synonymous with Mills Gorman’s work. His portfolio spans a diverse range of projects, including residential, commercial, hospitality and educational developments. Craigs commitment to innovative design and meticulous attention to detail ensures that each project not only meets but exceeds client expectations, reflecting the firm’s dedication to excellence in architecture.

  • Director / Principal

    Peter Mills is a seasoned architect with over 40 years industry experience. His diverse career portfolio includes numerous project types including commercial, hospitality, educational, low and medium density residential developments. He was integral to the development of Collins Place and worked closely with highly regarded offices such as I.M.Pei in New York and Bates Smart McCutcheon.
    His passion for great architectural experiences partnered with Craigs acute eye for architectural design make them a force in the architectural world and responsible for numerous project developments of ranging scales and complexity.

  • Senior Project Designer

    A member of the MGA team since 2009, Christian has worked on a wide range of interior fitouts, including commercial, workplace, hospitality & retail, cinemas, and high-end residential projects. His experience includes both team-based collaborations and solo design roles, focusing on client briefs, needs analysis, and adhering to scope and fee submissions.
    Christian has gained extensive experience at Carr Design Group, Portola Australasia, and Geyer Design, working on expansive workplace, residential, hospitality, and retail projects. His expertise also includes Revit system development, team training, implementing new standard and the establishment of BIM departments at various institutions. Throughout his career, he has built strong relationships with clients, builders, and site managers – delivering projects that are both visually striking and seamlessly executed.

  • Senior Project Architect

    Jasmine joined MGA with a wealth of experience gained from her time at K2LD Architects, where she contributed to a diverse range of projects across both their Singapore and Melbourne studios. Beginning as an intern in Singapore, she quickly demonstrated her skill and passion for design, transitioning to part-time work in Melbourne while completing her studies at Melbourne University, before stepping into a full-time role.
    Her portfolio showcases a broad spectrum of expertise, including the design of innovative educational facilities, bespoke residential developments, and refined interiors. At MGA, Jasmine is known for her meticulous attention to detail and her ability to craft thoughtfully designed spaces. She specialises in single and multi-residential projects, as well as commercial and hospitality spaces, blending functionality with timeless aesthetics. Her passion for residential design and interiors shines through in every project she undertakes, delivering spaces that are both beautifully crafted and highly livable.

  • Senior Designer

    Andrew joined the MGA team in 2007 and has since developed a specialty in residential design, focusing on contemporary, sophisticated, and timeless solutions.
    He studied Architecture at Melbourne University, where he gained a solid foundation in design principles, and Building Design at Ballarat TAFE, where he developed technical skills in construction and project management. Andrew has previously worked at Hopkin McLean Creative Building Design in Daylesford, where he contributed to a variety of residential and commercial projects, and at Clinton Krause Architect, where he refined his expertise in residential design and worked on a range of high-quality custom homes. These experiences have allowed him to blend architectural theory with practical, hands-on design, ensuring his projects are both innovative and functional.
    Andrew collaborates closely with clients to transform their visions into reality, designing homes that effortlessly adapt to the unique needs and lifestyles of different family dynamics.

  • Project Architect

    Renato joined Mills Gorman Architects with over 15 years of architectural experience and a strong background in education and community projects. After completing his studies in Brazil, he moved to Australia to further develop his career, initially focusing on commercial developments before managing a significant Department of Education and Training (DET) portfolio at Haskell Architects.
    Renato oversaw the design and delivery of more than 100 DET and community projects in collaboration with councils such as Bayside, Kingston, and Geelong, ensuring projects were completed on time and within budget. At MGA, he is a collaborative team player, known for his technical expertise, innovative design, and exceptional 3D modelling skills, making him an invaluable asset to every project he undertakes.
    His deep understanding of best practices and his ability to coordinate multidisciplinary contributions ensure that every project he undertakes is executed with precision and care.
