Miramar Mornington is a boutique mixed-use development comprising 26 individually tailored apartments and three commercial tenancies across three levels, with basement parking, generous storage, and a landscaped rooftop. Transforming a long-vacant service station on a prominent Mornington corner, the project reinvigorates the site as both landmark and civic contribution.

The design responds to Mornington’s coastal setting and civic context, positioned opposite the library and council offices. A restrained palette of concrete and curvilinear forms conveys both permanence and refinement, while sculptural gestures reference the eroded cliff faces of the nearby shoreline. The strong concrete canopy and wide columnar elements delineate retail tenancies, simultaneously grounding the building and softening its urban interface.
