Hall St
At Hall Street in Hawthorn we are shaping a next generation workplace environment: a five storey commercial development centred on flexibility, wellness and user experience. With planning approval secured, the design is now progressing through documentation, allowing us to refine how the building will support the ways people work, move and connect.
Our primary strategy is to create highly flexible floor plates that accommodate a range of tenant types and future shifts in work style. Large spans of glazing bring daylight deep into each level, strengthening the connection between inside and out, while a rooftop terrace provides an elevated space for fresh air, informal meetings and quiet retreat. Throughout the building we are introducing a variety of collaboration zones, focused work areas and acoustically controlled meeting rooms to support different modes of working.
A key component of the project is the inclusion of high quality end of trip facilities. These spaces are designed to encourage cycling, active commuting and wellbeing, offering secure bike storage, showers, changerooms and amenities that support a healthy work life rhythm. At ground level, the integration of hospitality strengthens the building’s presence within the precinct and creates a civic sense of welcome.
Materiality is approached with clarity and longevity in mind, combining refined finishes with robust elements that will age gracefully. Collectively these decisions aim to deliver a workplace that feels adaptable, human and future focused, an environment that not only performs but enriches daily experience.
