Located in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD, these multi-level commercial projects form part of the ongoing adaptation and activation of Flinders Lane.

Across a series of existing tenancies, the projects reimagine the inner-city workplace as flexible, considered environments that support collaboration, focused work and everyday use. Working within existing building envelopes and warm-shell conditions, each design responds carefully to the constraints and character of the existing architecture.

The projects incorporate a range of workplace spaces and interventions, including open work areas, private offices, meeting and boardroom spaces, Zoom rooms, kitchens and amenities, integrated banquette seating, steel-framed glazing and bespoke joinery. Materiality, detailing and spatial planning are used to create cohesive workplaces that balance functionality with a strong architectural identity.
