Located within an inner-city commercial building, this workplace fit-out reimagines an existing tenancy as a flexible, light filled office environment. The design is organised around an open plan working floor, supported by a series of meeting rooms, breakout spaces, a boardroom, kitchen and staff amenity areas.

The project retains the clarity of the existing building fabric, with white painted structure, exposed services and polished concrete floors forming a restrained architectural backdrop. Against this, warmer material insertions define the character of the interior. Timber workstations and joinery, amber-framed glazing, earthy upholstery and green carpet zones introduce texture, colour and softness throughout the workplace.

Curved glazed meeting rooms and carefully placed breakout areas create moments of privacy without disrupting the openness of the floorplate. The result is a workplace that feels connected, practical and composed, supporting both collaborative work and more focused day-to-day use.
